The webinar is about realizing professional success without sacrificing your personal life as a woman in business.

This is the first of 3 educational webinars leading up to the WeROC Conference to be held all day September 30th. This panel is about the challenge’s women face when creating their careers while managing relationships, children, home school, and COVID19. Attend to learn more about how tactics and techniques others have used to realize personal and professional success.

Robyn Cohen

Robyn is an accomplished professional with 10+ years of experience specializing in operations, integrated marketing strategies and strategic partnerships, having worked with startups, medium-sized businesses, as well as large corporations.

Robyn has also been in the women’s advocacy space for over a decade. She was one of the first Executive Directors with Girls in Tech and launched their Los Angeles chapter in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, while living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she launched her own platform, Women On It, the only site focused on female executives and entrepreneurs in Brazil. Upon moving to Salt Lake City in 2014, she was one of the first executive committee members for Womenpreneurs. She also produced Women’s Week two years in a row when she was the Director at the Impact Hub Salt Lake.

In 2019, Robyn launched the W Collective, a platform highlighting female-focused organizations and female executives and entrepreneurs in Utah. This past June, she co-founded Uplevel, a micro-learning online experience highlighting thought-leaders in the space of career and entrepreneur mentorship. In her spare time, you can find her in the gym, camping somewhere in the Intermountain West, and spending time with her furry daughter Asia and her husband.

Cheryl Adams

Cheryl is an accomplished chief fiscal and operations professional managing at the executive level with experiences in private, state and non-profits sectors. Cheryl is a global executive, she knows how to keep a company from stagnating. She knows that to move forward, businesses, just like individuals, must adapt. As demands and technology change, businesses must be responsive if they are to remain viable. Experience in managing and leading change to improve operations and fiscal management. Cheryl has demonstrated success at improving organization effectiveness, increasing revenue and enhancing profit margins by leveraging business strengths and building strong collaborative teams. responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including CFO, COO, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control and Logistics. Mrs. Adams has extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar accounting, finance, and revenue operations. A dynamic leader, Mrs. Adams is accomplished in developing financial strategies that enhance organizational growth and maximize sustainability. Her expertise includes design of short- and long-term financial plans, investment management, financial problem solving, corrective action plan implementation, and compliance. Mrs. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and a Masters in Finance. She serves as a Board of Directors for As Directed Plus, Chair for the City of Meridian Chamber, President for Idaho Aerospace Alliance, Advocates of Family Violence, and is a member of the Treasure Valley CFO’s.

Jesse McKinney

Jesse is the millennial CEO and founding partner of the multi-million dollar social selling beauty brand, Red Aspen. She leads a can-do, solution oriented team that seeks to exemplify the mission to inspire women to stand up, stand out and stand together by uniting passion with purpose. Jesse seeks to serve others in an effort to help them be their best, and believes that anything is achievable when you combine courage and determination. She was honored as one of Idaho’s 2019 Accomplished Under 40, is a mother of two young boys, and holds a BA in Business from the University of Denver and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Tara Spalding

Tara is the president and founder of Hen House Ventures. Hen House creates, implements and validates successful go-to-market programs for technology companies that need to rapidly scale new products when entering massive emerging technology markets.
