Please refer to the Business Planning Guidelines for detailed information on the proper format for the one-page fact sheet and expanded executive summary.
Submission Checklist:
• One-page fact sheet (Microsoft Word or PDF format)
• Expanded Executive Summary (Microsoft Word or PDF format)
• $195 submission fee for expanded executive summary (5-8 pages)
• $495 submission fee for full business plan which includes one-on-one consultation with the Institute staff on your fundraising strategy.
Payment Instructions:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our online submission system. Payment can be made by check to the address below. WBI will then issue a pre-paid code for the submission system. Please call 801-595-1141 to make arrangements.
